A facial oil formulated around one ingredient — Sacha Inchi oil — with four essential oils and vitamin E completing the formula. Each component has a specific biological role. Nothing is decorative.

Scent

Warm, earthy, and grounding — from the cedarwood, clary sage, and vetiver. No synthetic fragrance. If you are fragrance-sensitive, patch test before full application.

Ingredients

Sacha Inchi oil
Cold-pressed, unrefined. Rich in ALA omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids that mirror the lipid composition of healthy skin cell membranes. Comedogenic rating of 1 — suitable for all skin types including oily and acne-prone.

Cedarwood (Cedrus Atlantica Bark Oil)
Supports the skin's natural microbial balance. Mild astringent properties relevant to barrier integrity and pore tightening.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Oil)
A natural antioxidant that works alongside vitamin E to protect the oil from oxidation and supports circulation at the skin surface.

Clary Sage (Salvia Sclarea Oil)
Balances sebum activity — making this formula relevant for oily, combination, and acne-prone skin, not just dry or sensitive types.

Vetiver (Vetiveria Zizanoides Root Oil)
Calming and reparative. Supports skin recovery and reduces surface reactivity over time.

Vitamin E (Tocopherol)
Protects both the oil's stability and the skin's lipid layer from oxidative stress. Works synergistically with the ALA in Sacha Inchi oil at the barrier level.

How it works

The outer layer of skin is held together by a lipid matrix — fats that sit between skin cells and regulate moisture retention, barrier integrity, and reactivity to products and environment. When that matrix is depleted or disrupted, the signs are predictable: tightness, flaking, sensitivity, redness that doesn't fully resolve.

Sacha Inchi oil contributes the fatty acids the barrier needs to maintain its structure — applied topically, it works within the lipid matrix rather than sitting on top of it. The timescale is days to weeks for comfort and softness. Barrier stability follows with consistent use over several weeks.

How to use it

Apply a minimum of 5 drops to damp skin after cleansing — morning, evening, or both if disruption is significant. Damp skin improves absorption and distribution across the barrier surface.

Patch test first if your skin is highly reactive or if you have known sensitivity to essential oils. Adjust frequency based on how your skin responds in the first two weeks.

Who it's for

This product appears in your Dafee report when your skin scores indicate barrier disruption, sebum imbalance, or inflammatory tone above the threshold where topical lipid support is relevant. If it was recommended to you, the specific reason is in your report.

What to expect and when

Comfort and softness typically improve within days of consistent use. Visible flaking and tightness begin to resolve within one to two weeks. Barrier stability — the point where skin holds moisture consistently and reacts less to products and environment — develops over several weeks of daily application.
